Worlds and stages
I listed a stage only when a screenshot named the waves and lives. Candy Kingdom and Ice Kingdom are complete. Five more worlds have an Act 5 drop I can name, and the earlier acts stay blank on purpose.

Act 5 replay drops I saw: Elemental Candy on Slumber Party Panic, Sandwich on Ice King's Wrath, Robo-Arm Part on Burning Low, Core Driver on Be More, Sour Lemon on Lemonhope, Hunson's Amulet on Lord of Evil, Rainbow Crystal on The Crystal Queen. First-clear gems vary; Act 1 was recorded as 150 Gems, 1 Trait Crystal and 2 XP Candies. I would replay Act 5 when I am short one evolution item, not to farm a number the UI does not show.

Questions
How many worlds are there?
The release description says 5 worlds and 25 stages. Later gameplay notes mention a 7-world selector that includes Nightosphere and Crystal Dimension. Check the menu you have.
Why is the stage list incomplete?
I only have full wave and life counts for Candy Kingdom and Ice Kingdom. The other Act 1 to Act 4 names were not on a screenshot I trust.
